Voca respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect while you use the app, why we collect it, and your rights. You can play the game as a guest, without creating an account.
Device identifier: A random, device-specific identifier is generated to sync your progress. It is not linked to your name or phone number.
Game progress: Levels you complete, your gem balance, your streak, and your achievements are stored on our servers so they are not lost when you change devices.
Account (optional): If you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier provided by that service and your email (if available) are stored. We never see your password.
Purchases: When you buy a pack, the store receipt is processed for validation. We do not store card details; payments are handled by Apple and Google.
Usage events: Anonymous events (for example, starting a level) are collected to improve the game.
Advertising identifier: In the free version, and only with your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) and ad-interaction data may be used to show relevant ads and measure their performance.
Crash diagnostics: If the app crashes, anonymous diagnostic and performance data is collected to fix the problem.
To run the game, preserve your progress, validate purchases, improve the experience, and — in the free version — show and measure ads. We never sell your data. In the free version, limited data such as your advertising identifier and ad interactions is shared with advertising and measurement partners only to show and measure ads, and only if you allow tracking. You can change this anytime via the App Tracking Transparency prompt or your device settings — and Pro removes ads entirely.
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the app. Your deletion request is permanent. You may also contact us at the address below.
Voca is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
