These terms govern your use of the Voca app provided by KaSoft. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms.
Voca is a word puzzle game. Content (levels, daily puzzles) may be updated from the server; the game can also be played offline. We reserve the right to change or suspend the service, with or without prior notice.
You can play as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google to link your progress to an account. You can permanently delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete account).
Voca Pro is an annual subscription that includes an ad-free experience and Pro cosmetics.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You are charged through your store account.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings; Pro continues until the end of the current period.
Restore: When you change devices, use Settings → "Restore purchases" to re-validate your active subscription.
Gems can only be used inside the game; they have no real-money value, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable (subject to applicable law). Store refunds are governed by Apple/Google policies.
Voca, including its design, content, and brand, belongs to KaSoft. It may not be reproduced beyond personal, non-commercial use.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
These terms may be updated; significant changes will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
